Re-Download Tutorial

If you've uninstalled Joi or need to reinstall it while it's temporarily unavailable in app stores, follow these steps for your device:

For iOS:

If you previously installed Joi on your iOS device but later uninstalled it, you can re-download it from the App Store.

1. Open the App Store
   • Access the App Store on your iOS device.
2. Access Your Account Settings
   • Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Locate Purchased Apps
   • Navigate to 'Apps' or 'Purchase History,' or use the search bar to type 'Joi'
4. Re-download Joi
   • Tap the 'Reinstall' button next to Joi.
5. Launch the App
   • After installation, open Joi and follow the registration or sign-in process.
