California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

This California Privacy Notice supplements the information in our Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents (excluding our personnel). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA/CPRA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

1. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA. These rights are subject to certain limitations and exceptions under applicable law.

  • Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, the categories of third parties we disclose it to, and whether we sell or share it.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you.
  • Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may request that we limit our use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) — such as precise geolocation, sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origin, or biometric data — to what is necessary to provide the services.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You may direct us not to sell your personal information for monetary value or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. While we do not sell personal information for money, we may share it for targeted advertising purposes (for example, through retargeting or lookalike audiences).
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

2. Shine the Light Disclosure
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light” law) permits California residents to request information about how we share certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing without your consent.

3. Do Not Track
At this time, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals or similar browser-based mechanisms. We also do not knowingly allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across third-party services when using our Services.

4. Categories of Personal Information Collected and Disclosed
We may collect and disclose the following categories of personal information as defined in the CCPA/CPRA:

  • A. Identifiers name, username, email address, phone number, device ID.
  • B. Personal information described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e) name, address, telephone number.
  • C. Characteristics of protected classifications age, gender, sexual orientation (if provided).
  • D. Commercial information transaction history.
  • F. Internet or other electronic network activity browsing history, usage data.
  • G. Geolocation data precise or approximate location.
  • H. Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information photos, videos, call recordings.
  • K. Inferences drawn from other personal information user preferences, interests.

5. Purpose of Collection, Sources, Disclosures, and Sale/Share Status

6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice and our Privacy Policy , unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The criteria we use to determine our retention periods include: the nature of the personal information, the purposes for which it was collected, and legal requirements.

7. Changes to This Notice
We may update this California Privacy Notice from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, if the changes are material, provide notice within the App.
